Ontario’s recycling laws outline what materials are required to be recycled in the province. These same laws require businesses to report to RPRA, as the regulator responsible for enforcing the recycling laws, the amount of materials they supply into Ontario and how much material they recycle. RPRA shares this data annually through Ontario Recycles to inform the public about Ontario’s progress in advancing a circular economy.
